In the spring of 2022,  Orinda USD announced a change in the 2022-23 Bell Schedule. The 2022-23 Bell Schedule will include alignment of all schools and increased collaboration and training time for staff.

 

The 2022-23 school year will incorporate changes to our site bell schedule. Wednesdays will be
our early release days for students. The revised schedule:

 

● Provides districtwide schedule alignment for TK and K

 

● Allows for expansion of staff and team collaboration for curriculum, assessment practices, data analysis, and student progress monitoring.

 

● Allows for implementation of timely and consistent training and professional development

 

It is important to note that all staff will begin the school year on our Assessment Schedule. During the Assessment Schedule, families will be able to sign up for particular assessment time when teachers perform assessments to ensure that our students are given appropriate support and instruction.
