Dear Del Rey School Families,

We are so fortunate to have a Visual Arts program at Del Rey School. Students begin to visit the art studio in first grade and continue through the fifth grade. The art curriculum is sequential so that  students build artistic skills and familiarity with materials and art genres as they progress through the grades. We focus on the creative process and more importantly seek to impart a love of the arts!

I would like to thank the Orinda Network for Education (ONE Orinda) for supporting the arts in our district; we would not have our program without their efforts! I am grateful to work with your children. They bring so much joy, talent and effort to the art room each week! I am looking forward to seeing all of you on campus and in the art studio.  I am at Del Rey School on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
